A New Way to Buy School Supplies is Here!
Parents! What if we said that there was a quick, easy and inexpensive way to order your student's school supplies for next school year? Believe it or not, it's true! The PTO is partnering with Educational Products Inc. (EPI) a company that provides student supply packages at an affordable price, delivered directly to the school before school starts, taking all of the fuss out of school supply shopping! Forms were sent home in Friday Folders. Orders can be sent into school by sending this form (click here),  with payment, through June 15th. You can also place an order online through July 12th at www.educationalproducts. com/shoppacks. Enter school id: KER004. Place your order and keep your online confirmation as your receipt. Grades 3,4 & 5 SOL Results
The Standards of Learning (SOL) Test results for students in Grades 3,4 and 5 will be mailed home in July, due to the late testing window and the new retake process this year.
Fifth Grade Parents:
ALL rising 6th graders will need a Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis (Tdap) booster shot prior to the start of school in September, unless fewer than five years have passed since the last Tdap immunization. WITHOUT PROOF OF THIS IMMUNIZATION, YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENROLL IN SCHOOL FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR. This is a Commonwealth of Virginia requirement. Documentation for the shot can be brought to school up until June 15th. After that, it must be taken to your child’s middle school. Thank you to the parents who have already submitted the paperwork.
